Pollina is picturesque medieval village on the top of a mountain, at almost 800 meters high.
During days of good visibility from the top you can see all seven Aeolian Islands.
The land crossed is famous for its production of Manna, the sap that is extracted during the hottest and dry months practicing carvings on the bark of ash trees.
Once in the village a short stop allows us to visit the church and the museum of Manna.
